We were so excited for our first weekend of holiday activities! Dane is loving every holiday lately and he is so, so excited about Christmas!
We spent Friday night at my mom and dads because our first activity was at 8:30 Saturday morning. We tried to get a few pictures before we left.
At first Dane wanted to have his leg across Reese and he wasn't happy when I told him he couldn't do that.
Then Dane was ready for Reese to sit next to him and Reese decided he had enough of picture time.
Dane decided he would like a picture taken by himself.
Reese stood next to him for about 2 seconds.
We headed to West County Mall for Breakfast with Santa. We went with Mama, Aunt Tammy, Joe, Aunt Kara, Claire, Delaney, and Trey.
We colored while we waited for Santa.
Dane was super excited to see Santa and he went right up to him when he got there.
He told him what he wanted for Christmas.
He was listening so closely to everything Santa said.
This cracked me up! Laney told Santa she wanted a Kindle Fire and he was explaining to her everything she would need to go with it.
Reese just stared at Santa.
Then he was ready to get down.
The Chick Fi-la cow was there along with the Build A Bear Bear and Dane loved them both.
We had a little breakfast.
The boys were so glad to hang out with their cousins, as usual.
These boys love each other!
After the Breakfast with Santa we headed to Downtown Kirkwood for the Christmas Walk. My boys were a little tired so I didn't know how long we would stay and didn't take my camera.
T.J., Ashley, and Baby Trey met all of us and we had lunch and walked around to some shops. We went by the firestation and it was all opened up for kids to look at the firetrucks. Dane was on cloud 9! He looked at the trucks. He saw the fire pole and saw a fireman come down it. Luckily Ashley had her camera so she got some pictures of Dane.
Uncle T.J. took Dane to ask the firemen if he could sit in the truck.
Kirkwood always has the best Santa come and visit. Both boys ended up sitting on his bench with him and Ashley got a great picture. They were watching Santa pull his bells out from behind the bench.
We had a fun, fun Saturday. We have a lot of fun holiday events coming up and we are having a blast with our sweet boys this season.
