February was such a crazy month! We had norovirus at our house, dentist appointments, doctor appointments, schedule changes, outpatient surgery, snowdays, meetings...... It went by kind of fast and I am glad the month is over.
We started out the new month great! My mom's birthday was Friday, March 1st, so we started out the month with a birthday dinner for her. We celebrated at Katie and Tom's house.
The basement is great for the kids to play in. They had so much fun and we so tired by the end of the night.

We had dinner, then opened gifts. The kids were excited to help mom open her presents.

Mom and Dad usually host the birthday dinners and since we were at Katie's house we forgot to get candles for the cake. Katie brought down a candle for mom to blow out. She thought it was so funny she could barely blow out the candle.
Dad ordered a lemon filled cake from Clayton Bakery and it was delicious!
