Easter Party at Church

Our church youth group always holds a big Easter Party for the kids on the Saturday before Easter.
We headed up to Kirkwood on Saturday morning to go to the Easter Party.

There is always a lot to do before the Easter Egg Hunt.
We started out coloring with Claire and Joe.

Daddy and Reese went to check out the Easter Bunny.

Reese didn't want to sit on her lap, but he did hang out next to her for a bit.

Dane made a cottonball bunny.

We went outside for the Petting Zoo.
Reese wanted to walk up and get really close to the animals.

Dane got some food to feed the animals.

Uncle T.J. and Trey looked at the baby goats with Reese.

We washed our hands and went in to decorate cookies.

Some boys from the youth group walked by and asked Dane if he wanted to play a game.
Dane had to push the egg down to the finish line with his nose.

Spring face painting....when we went up to get his face painted he asked for a Power Ranger.  I had to explain to him that we were celebrating Easter and Spring Time.

He got a baseball.

Time for the Egg Hunt!

Daddy and his boys!

Dane stopped to see the Bunny on our way back inside to open our eggs.

Before we headed out we opened all of our eggs to see what we got.

We spent the rest of the day relaxing....we ordered pizza for lunch, I did some shopping with my mom, Dave and Dane watched a movie, and Reese took a nap with my Dad.  Dave and I enjoyed a quiet dinner out together while the boys hung out with my parents.  The boys went to sleep and we got ready for the Bunny to visit my mom and dad's house.
