Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we woke up to it just starting to snow at Mama and Papa's house. Dane hung out in his pjs for a little bit.




By mid morning there was quite a bit of snow. Dave went out to shovel Mama and Papa's driveway and spread salt so Dane and I went out to play. He loved the snow.

Daddy tried to give him a snowball.

He ran around the deck kicking the snow.

He helped Daddy shovel a little.

He ran from me when I told him it was time to go inside.

After playing in the snow and a good nap we got ready for the Christmas Eve church service.

Trey sang with the children's choir at the Christmas Eve service. When Dane saw him walk out he immediately held out his arms for Trey. He did that through the entire song. He was so excited when Trey finally came to our pew to sit with all of us.

After church everyone was at Mama and Papa's house.

Dane loves monkeys and loves to snuggle with them while he sleeps.

Dane got Christmas PJs from Mama and Papa and with his new monkey to sleep with he was ready for bed!
