- Started eating rice cereal. We have also added oatmeal, green beans, peas, and carrots recently and are getting ready to add a fruit. He LOVES it....he actually just started throwing a little fit when we stop feeding him.
- Eats about 34 oz of formula a day
- Unofficially weighs about 18 lbs, we think. We weighed him on our baby scale.
- Wearing 6 month clothes
- Wearing size 2 diapers, but moving to size 3
- Sooo close to sitting up on his own.
- Very vocal...loves to squeal and yell
- Sad to say, but LOVES TV. He will watch Baby Einstein and football with Papa. He does seem to get excited when the team that Daddy is NOT cheering for is doing well. Daddy may have to work with him on this.
- Has been very busy this month.....lots of family traditions to be part of
- Had 1st Thanksgiving
- First real train ride
- Cousin Taylor babysat for the first time
- 1st Family Christmas Cookie Baking Day
- 1st Daycare Christmas Party
- Saw Santa for the first time
- Starting to grow out of bouncey seat, swing, and infant carseat.
- Eyes are gray.
- Dark brown hair is starting to grow
- Started noticing Max
- Smiles when I call from work and Daddy lets him hear my voice on the phone
I got a card from a friend with this verse on it and it seems perfect for Dave and I: He has done great things for us and we are filled with joy! Psalms 126.3
We couldn't be happier right now.
Dane, we love you so much and enjoy every second we spend with you. You have no idea how lucky we feel to be your parents.
