Dane Arrived!

I can't believe my baby boy is 11 weeks old already! Here is what has happened in the 11 weeks that flew by!

We were scheduled to be induced at 12:00 AM on Tuesday, July 21st, 2009. We got a call at 11:00 p.m. to wait until they called us to come in. About 3:30 A.M. we finally got the call. We were admitted around 4:15 A.M.

Dane Leroy Evelsizer was born on Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 at 5:29 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs, 4 oz, and was 21 inches long. He had quite the struggle during the delivery so he came out with a bit of a headache. The first few hours were rough on him so they ended up giving him Tylenol about 4:30 in the morning.

Dane had quite the parade of visitors. Grandma and Grandpa Evelsizer, Mama and Papa Rau, Aunt Amy, Uncle Darnel, Taylor, Delaney, Trey, Aunt Kara, Uncle Steve, Claire, Aunt Ashley, Uncle TJ, Aunt Katie, Aunt Lisa, Rhonda Lynott, and Mr, and Mrs. Mask.

We came home on Thursday, July 23rd and beginning the next morning people were knocking on the door to see our little man. Visitors at home included Jesika Greminger, Uncle Chris, Mitchell, Great Grandma Butler, and Aunt Tammy.
